| The Electric Utilities Credit Union is a full-service, not-for-profit cooperative financial institution located in Big Spring, Texas.
It was formed in 1950 to encourage savings among its members, create a source of credit at a fair and reasonable rate, and provide an opportunity for its members to improve their economic and social condition.
Board Members elected a the 60th Anuual Meeting are as follows with the length of their term:

Upon request a member is entitled to review a copy of the income statement, a summary of the most recent annual audit, any written board policy reguarding access to the articles of incorporation, bylaws, guidelines, board policies and the Internal Revenue Service Form 990
